We had our quality and VERY unique residential acreage listed for sale with a well-known Nationwide agency. But after many months of limited exposure in a very good real estate market, we terminated our listing with that agency. After looking for a better marketing plan to sell our family estate, we chose to list with Dale and Paula Black of Black Eagle Properties at Keller Williams Realty.
By then, however, the real estate market had turned sharply downward. The market was admittedly very trying! Dale and Paula Black did a wonderful job as our selling agents on our home. Our home was listed with another agency for 6 months and we had just 2 viewers and of course no offers. We have been in the market for a new home ... and are anticipating a move this summer. I work with computers and websites and this site is very impressive. My hats off to the IT Team that designed this site. If as much care and information is put into your work as you do with your website, all I've got to say is you must have one helluva' business. I've seen twenty five to thirty real estate websites thus far but none compare to this in any way, shape or form. I don't know if this will reach the people you work for but I hope it does. Potential Customers of Black Eagle Properties;
Dale and Paula Black presented their marketing approach to my husband and I on Saturday afternoon. We were very impressed with the presentation and marketing approach they had for getting quick results on real estate listings through their reality company. We felt very comfortable with them and felt they represented the same high principles, ethics, and moral values we live by. My husband and I signed the contract to have them sell/market our home that day. The following Monday Dale and Paula took us around to look at homes for sale in our area to decide on a selling price for our home. This was an invaluable experience for us and we were able to come up with a selling price we were comfortable with. We also decided to have an Open House the following Saturday. The house was put on the MLS list on Tuesday afternoon and we started getting calls within two hours.
Realtors showed the house on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Our first offer came in on Friday evening and two more offers came in the following day during the Open House. Why Rent When You Could Own?
I was paying $600 a month for rent for 6 months. When I decided to quit throwing my money away on rend and invest it by buying a home. I emailed Black Eagle Properties, and Dale called me and setup an appointment to meet with he and Paula. I told them what my budget was and what I was looking for in a house. My budget was no more than $750 a month for a house payment, and the house could be a fixer upper.
Dale and Paula called the Black Eagle Team together and contacted a Mortgage Lender to come meet with me. I was immediately and painlessly pre approved for $90,000. I began to realize the value of hiring an entire “Team” for less than the price of just one agent.
Paula found some houses in that price range in
Nampa. The house there needed a lot of work and it took over an hour to get there durning rush hour. We continued our search. The Black Eagle Team continued searching for my property and it was suggested I consider looking in Mt. Home for a house. I told Paula, and she found some nice houses there in that price range. Paula and I went out and looked at them. We made an offer on one, it was accepted, I saved some money, and in less than a month we closed on it.
Mt. Home is 40 miles away from
Boise, but it only takes 30 to 40 minutes to get there during rush hour. The house I bought would cost around $150,000 in Boise or Nampa areas. Dale and Paula are down to earth, honest people that really care about their customers and it only makes sense to work with a team instead of just one agent.
